Yes. Most of our garments are pre-treated to minimize shrinkage and maintain their shape after washing.

Our garments are cut with a tailored yet relaxed silhouette. There is a size guide in each of the garments. If the garment is cotton, we recommend staying true to size. If it is linen, you can opt to size up.

While we do not offer made-to-measure services, our garments are designed to be easily altered by your local tailor, if desired.

Most items can be gently machine washed or hand washed. Dry cleaning is not required. Each product includes specific care guidelines.

Our collections are designed in house, collaborating between Miami and Monterrey. The garments are manufactured in our factories in Monterrey.

You can return your palma garment up to 30 days after receiving it. The item must be unworn and unwashed ir order to accept the return.

Hard to give a definitive answer, it depends on how quickly the shipping company tales to return an item. Usually, we'll be able to send out your replacement item or refund within 5 business days.

As Palma, we'll usually refund your purchase as soon as we receive your package. Take into account that banks can sometimes take a couple of weeks before a refund is reflected in your bank statement.
